Happened to catch this shot of a Western Honey Fish getting a drink from the bird bath. Pretty gutsy, if you ask me, because the grackles and jays would find that a tasty morsel. How could I have made this better?

You needed to get a much lower viewpoint, preferably eye level. :drunk::chuncky: But seriously, I guess light from the front would have been better but the insect was never going to accommodate you.

Thanks! And I agree that a little lower POV would have been nice. I didn't expect to see the bee land there, and got off a quick couple of shots. I'm thinking about sitting in front of the BB and wait for another opportunity, except that it is exceptionally hot here right now. We did have a cold front come through, and the temps plummeted to 90F/32C, but still warm.
