any particular way to do this in an editing program?

It's called using ridiculous props, haha sorry just not a big fan of this kind of work. Actually looking at the rest of her stuff it's not all like that. It's not bad, I just don't like it, she's clearly talented. Oh and she's a Washingonian, interesting.

Looks to me like alot of her stuff, not just that image is color correction, vignettes, and added noise.

Everything else is done with lighting.
