Looks like AUTO White Balance.

Completely different exposure settings. Not sure if you used Auto White Balance or not but that could be the culprit as well.

Actually, they were taken 26 seconds apart.

All the exposure settings changes.... ISO, aperture & shutter. You also changed between Matrix metering and manual. One was also taken with the camera in Landscape mode, the other in Portrait mode.
