What lens filter for sun to buy?

What lens filter should i get to reduce sun and high lights strength. You know when you look at some scene and it looks nice when you look but camera just can't catch it, and if you don't have time to shoot different exposures to shoot shades and sun, and camera just won't budge because sun is too high. What lens filter should i get for that ?

It wont translate it. Everywhere on internet i can find them as GND filters, but i can't find any gnd filters in web shops here, nor i know how they are called on my language, ill will just have to call shop and explain what i want.
