Well first, you need to get copyrighted professional sports photos.

Then, you need to tone map them into oblivion with a program like photomatix. After that, you bring them into photoshop and add all sorts of ridiculous light effects, lens flare, and general distractions to make the photo seem edgy or hip.

After that you'll likely get sued for copyright infringement.
