Well, the lot on the other side of us is vacant, if you aren't too noisy you can always be my other neighbor. All you have to build a house there. Septic and well are already waiting. ;-)

I've never been to Wyoming. Its pretty rural in CO where I am. Only satalite internet, and no city maintenance on our road, if that tells you anything. DH and I have agreed that as soon as a grocery store pops up in our town or a walmart in the next town over- were moving further out! Preferably to Alaska where we can steak a claim and start homesteading.
