The second one is definitely Uncle Fester from the Addams Family.

The first one looks a bit like a swan with its head under its wing.

The second, I'd have to agree with Shubin, either Uncle fester or a very large headsman (the medieval ones that wore the black face drape).

dead goats, ballet dancers, uncle fester and oh, a picasso! I like that one!
I saw the first as a deformed sea monster of some sort (the profile of the face being in the lower left). The second i initially though sorta like homer simpson but uncle fester is a much better charactor

if there are anymore ideas just keep 'em coming!
