So Saturday friend found out (by me) that I was going out to Assateague Island with my gear. She puts her daughter on the phone and she says" uncle Brian, will you take some pictures of me? PLEASE. How could I turn that down. C&C always welcome. Never really done anything with people, how did I do?

Looks like the sand threw your metering off a bit comparing 1,2 and 3.

2 I think is a cracking family photo, but as above I'd bring the exposure up. I'd also clone out the little mound of disturbed sand that's cut off on the left and probably the darker bit on the right too in PS.

4 and 5 are are cute shots of the kids.
