It's fine. the first one was actually the original photo from when i was 14 i think and i had a bad camera with no skills

so...which part has changed?

im not entirely sure what you were going for in either photo. or if you were just trying to take a bad photo and do something creative with it? if you look at a picture you took however long ago it was...and you realize that it is a bad photo, delete it. unless its some really special thing that you can never get again. there's nothing wrong with creative processing on a photo, or wanting to make it an art piece rather than a typical photograph. start with a good picture as the "before", and apply processing in a deliberate manner, with a specific end result in mind for the "after". your goal should be to make a good photograph a piece of art, rather than trying to salvage a bad picture in an "artsy" fashion.
 
#1, the greenish one, is the better of the two shots, IMHO.
