Since I have no experience with any of those cameras I would recommend first googling them all, learning a bit about each. And then once you know something about each camera, goto the store and try them each out, and see which one you like the most.

I agree with Willis. Just check out all of their individual features and make your decision. Don't settle for something that isn't as good unless you absolutely have to. That being said, you can get a Nikon D3000 for pretty cheap. Some bodies are in your price range and then you would need a lens. That camera, although they don't make it anymore, might be better because it will accommodate you as your skills grow. I dont know what is available to you in Pakistan.

Idont know the cameras you listed but at this price range I'd look at the Olympus epl 1. It's interchangeable lens. With the kit lens it's going for $250. Very adaptable system and they make adapters for many abandoned lens systems so you can snag some pretty good deals. You could get some cheap extension tubes and get macro out of it. Many may disagree but this is what I'd go with at that particular price point.

3. I don't think Olympus is a company that I can rely, yesterday, while surfing some websites I came to know that Olympus Sp-600 UZ has very bad and unacceptable image quality, noisy and grainy images. Now that may only for SP- 600 UZ but that put a very bad impact of Olympus on me.

An old point and shoot is hardly enough to turn on a whole brand especially when we are talking a bigger sensor expandable system.

Oly epl1 is very good, capable and cheap camera just Rs 32000
