Which Should I Use?

Alrighty, my town is having their yearly newspaper photo contest, last time I got second place, and I'd really like to do well again, but I need some help.

There are two categories: In State and Out of State, I can enter up to 3 pictures in both categories. I've narrowed down my selection (although as you can see I haven't narrowed down much), but if you worked for a newspaper which would you choose? Here are the pictures and then I will post a poll to go along with the shots, please vote for your top 3 and no more. Thanks for helping me choose, I'm not great at making up my mind

I forgot to mention, not that it mattesr much, but the only three out of state would be the portraits from Cambodia. Everything else is all local.

And it looks like the poll #'s are above some and to the left of some Sorry about that...you should be able to figure it out though...

for the out of state I would suggest #12

#1 is great for an in-state one because it looks like something kinda 'homey'

I dig #2, I dont care if there is a lot of photoshop. The image is way cool.

I like #4 too, but not #3 due to the power line in it.

i'd say go for more than one style, so my picks are 5, 11, and 13. it's a hard decision though.

I'll for sure be using #5...now it's between the other 3 tied at 6...I think #7 the shot of the old lady is one that I will use for sure...it'll be unique I think...so that leaves one more.
