Who speaks for Adorama on this site?

I am old & forgetful but I do remember it was a lady who often would post for Adorama.

I am now in negotiation with Adorama but obviously with a very junior member of the customer service section.

The person I am remembering would post a link to herself @ Adorama.

I did, an Olympus OM-D E-M5. I would not be surprised if it is not named camera of the year. Nice thing is that I can use all my 39 lenses on it.

Since I live in Canada & it was to be shipped from the USA I specified it was to be shipped by US postal service as any courier charge great amounts to the receiving customers in Canada whereas there are no charges if sent by post. Adorama admittedly screwed up & sent it by UPS & it cost me $152.94 @ the door.
