The compositions ok, but the shots seem soft to me, not sure if your focus is slightly out

unless that bird is looking in a mirror, it should be: who's watching whom.

cool little bird. I like the pose in #1. But like Johnny said, they are a little soft. I wouldn't mind a bump in vibrance/saturation either.
