The Jazz was great. The singer was Wendy Smith-Brune, who got her start with Ray Charles and is now a soloist with the Glenn Miller Orchestra. The musicians were also terrific, and it was presented at sundown with a backdrop of palm trees in perfect Los Angeles Weather. These concerts are presented every Friday night and are free. I’m not looking forward to returning to New York next month.
