was driving home tonight and stoped by this pond that usually has a few birds......

Im am very new to photography and this is post edit using lightroom 3

F/5.6 1/320 ISO 100 300MM AP

It would have been better with the full reflection of the bird in the shot as well as perhaps use of a CPL to minimize the reflection on the water.

Are you in the East Valley or the West Valley?

West Valley....I know it would have been better with calm water but couldnt control that....lol

Just got the D7000 a week ago....havent had time to find a CPL yet

Ha that was what I was thinking... a lot of my shots would be better with lightning in them or a sunset behind them, or more light...
