Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
This was a lucky snap. I was manual focusing on something else when I noticed him in the corner of my eye. I can't believe he is in focus! Too bad he isn't flying the other direction.

C&C always appreciated. Thank you for looking!

I like it.
The bird has a lot of frame to fly into (which is good) and he is in focus (definatly good work there on a flying bird - in manual - as he heads away from you!).
The sea is not completely blured and is clearly identifiable and that (to me) gives the shot something that is not often present in a lot of wildlife photogrpahy today (where the prefrence is total blur).
the background does look a little drab when compared to the contrasty bird - though if you are going to try playing with the background be carefull not to let it start to dominate the photo = otherwise it might conflict with the bird and the shot will lose its focus

Great catch of the wings positions, nice and sharp.

I feel the background is blurred enough, but feel a slight tilt to the horizon.

Good to see you get out of the desert evey once in a while.

Why not?

Oooo, I like it! The bird is nice and dark against the pretty blue of the water, I love that there are crashing waves, and the d.o.f. is good too. Way to go!

Thanks Overread! I'll play around with the background a little. I appreciate the feedback.

Thanks K! It happens about once a year whether I like it or not! I'll correct the horizon later tonight.

Thank you Anty! La Jolla is a beautiful beach and I really enjoyed my morning there.
