There's a photo contest at work and I submitted the bottom shot. Not sure if it'll win but I'd like to think it's respectable. Any C&C?

I like this a lot. I like to see photos from interesting perspectives like this. My only comment is that the image would be more powerful if the column in the center were perfectly centered, though it doesn't look like you missed by much. I feel like a hypocrite, because I end up saying this about my own photos all the time. It's usually not very easy.

Centering it might make it look more impressive or technical but I kind of like the slight hint of off-kilter - gives it immediacy and makes such a huge object seem familiar.
