Cool shot. Where was it taken?

It is Colorado Springs, Co...winter of 2017. Very long exposure, like 3 minutes. The thick black clouds above, were moving rapidly north to south, a few hours later, dumped a lot of snow.

I like how it's layered and it's come out very well for such a long exposure.
