Good shot and close enough... but the tree behind the bird does not help to the composition of the photo.

Nice shot, but it looks as if it is a little underexposed. I also agree with Petern's comment about the branch of the tree in the background. Part of the bird's head blends in with the branch in the background. Not the best desirable thing in bird photography.
