I have a suggestion on a new forum for posting workshops. I've seem them on a few other boards, but none of them have any thing close to the number of members this board has. Basically how it works on the other boards is photographers post a workshop they're having (details, etc) and others reply to sign up. I've been to some of the workshops and they're great for community building.
