WTB Canon 580ex Speedlight version I

I'm looking for a fully functional, good to excellent condition, original version of Canon 580ex speedlight Flash. I would prefer to have it in excellent cosmetic condition, but a few minor scrufs won't turn me away from it. I would like to pay no more than $330 total (including shipping) for it. Thanks. I purchased my Canon 580EX in August 2006 for an army graduation and also for a high school graduation in May. I no longer need it and I am selling it. The best offer given to me so far is $350 plus shipping.
