WTB: MH-16 D1H battery charger

I am acctually looking where to buy one that is not Ebay. mainly because the unit i am at cannot buy from ebay. We have the D1H and the only thing wrong with it is that there is no longer a battery charger with it and the batteries are dead...and because of the economy, i can't get a new one.
