WTT/WTS: Nikon D90 with 3000 shutter actuations + lenses + flash for GH2 with 14-140

Hi,
I am looking to trade a D90 for a GH2. The body is in great condition and is like new with a shutter count of 3000. Lenses/Accessories that I also have to trade are:

Nikon D90 in excellent condition ($650)
Sigma 24-70 F/2.8(non HSM) with Hoya Filter ($500) Filter was $60
Nikon 55-200 VR ED IF with Hoya Filter ($125)
Nikon 50 mm F/1.8D with Hoya Filter ($100)
Nikon SB600 with diffuser ($225)
Pelican 1400 with foam insert. ($60)

Total: $1685

I have most of the boxes and manuals at my home but I am at school right now a 1000 miles away. I will be able to have them in two weeks though. The prices I took from eBay so they may be a little high but still in the ball park. Ideally i'd like to trade everything outright for a GH2 with 14-140 in equal condition plus $500. I've found the GH2 with 14-140 at many places for $1000-1100 so I feel as though it is quite fair but I am open to negotiations. I would also be willing to sell everything, preferably all at once but once again open to negotiation with certain items, for $1500. I will upload photos when I have all of the boxes and manuals (Two weeks from this past Monday). If you want photos now i'd be happy to email them to you.
