yongnuo 586ex for nikon d3000

Can i use yongnuo 568ex speedlite for my nikon d3000 in full TTL mode and high speed sync off camera using a hotshoe cable connected to pc input of yongnou 568ex speedlite? any info will be a very big help.thank you.
