Young Cormorants

Very bad photo, I know. As usual, I was on the "other" side of the lake. But seeing Raj's racist cormorants, I decided to post it to verify my first ever cormorant encounter. I posted it to our Wildlife Refuge's FB page and they informed me what they were.

Well done considering the distance, never easy when they are on the wrong side, so we all make the best of it we can. Nice to see the difference in the colouring.

All the best and swim over to them Sometimes I wish I could.
