If you follow that advice and show the images from your flickr here rather than just linking to your profile you will get far more responces. Adding in the EXIF and other shooting data as well as the compositional and other components outlined in the thread (to the best of your ability) and you can help provide a good amount of info for people to come back and give you some more thoughtfull crits
