18 Month old Boy

These are from a session I did yesterday.

1. Trying our some textures....you think it looks okay? (beside the fact I cut his feet off..Oops!) He was a hard one...running all over the place! lol I got about 24 decent one's though.

2. I have this in color too, but I kind of like the black and white

3. Used my rocking horse for the first time!!

These are lovely! I have an 18 month old. I totally understand trying to capture a good pic of them.

Great pictures...they seem a tad overexposed for my taste...but I know a lot of people go for that overexposed look when shooting younger kids.

This is what I see:
1. I wouldve tried to capture the whole child and less room above head. To me if you cut off feet, toes, fingers or elbows, even if intentional still looks like an mistake.
2. Less space behind and more in front.
3. Again less space behind and more in front. Also theres alot of space above his head but the rocking horse barely fits at the bottom.
I think the over exposures can be toned down some.
I think the shots are good but the subject placement seems off to me. Could be just me. I'm still a noob.
I do enjoy seeing your work.
