    Holy cow, how did you manage to get that spider filling ALL the frame? How on earth could you get thus close to it! Great. Such detail --- it is enormous! And it is serving itself a huge dinner, I must say. Must be a birthday or so.... The crispness of the photo fills me with awe, I can see each and every little hair on this spider! Wow.

    Thanks John ... yes he was ....... bet he got stung on the bill ;)


    I got my Sigma 28-135mm lens out and I used the macro setting and put the EOS 350D into close up mode, while my wife ran away !

    Sorry ... but remember they are small and human feet are bigger :)

    No wasp sandwich for you then ?
