A Fiery Sillouette!

One of the things I love about living on the coast is, at certain times of the year and when the weather is just right, you'll get some really great sunrises and sunsets, where just a few minutes before and after the sun breaks the horizon, the sky just above the horizon will show some of the richest colors. I got this one by panning just off where the sun was about to appear. Great for shooting sillouettes too. No color correction or post processing whatsoever on this shot.

I like this. I might lighten the water just a tad to give a bit more definition to the men and boat. Nice shot though and great "seeing" here.

You know, I didn't even think about lightening the water. I can see now that you mention it that it may improve this photo quite a bit. I'll play around with that and see what happens. Thanks.
