Just looking for a little critique..

I like the lighting on the subject, but the purpose of the image is unclear. Why is he so sad? Why is there so much empty space above him?

This shot would've been better if you were actually laying on the ground and getting the entire body from the feets perspective and a tighter crop on the subject. The building makes an interesting backdrop, good lighting on the subject, a little iffy on the pose.

not trying to criticize the subject in any way, however the way the lighting hits the.. what is that a mole on his right cheek? makes it very distinctive, elongating the shadow etc, and kind of detracts....

Did you "drop" him onto the background? It appears the light on him is completely different from the lighting on the building.

Dismine: Agreed, noticed that after posting, haha, thanks.

Pete: Ty & no, he wasn't dropped in.. Used a viv285hv for rim and a bare sb800 in front of him w/out any gels. We were in complete shade and the sun was setting, throwing a diff tone on the building.
