additional EXIF for P&P pix (does it exist?)

I just thought of this idea while browsing some of my processed photos, & i cant remember what i have doen w/ it..

the idea is a Plugin-In software that will add exif data of processes that you did on the photo w/ photoshop.. so you have history of what you have done on your processed photos.. when you save the photo it will leave a datas like how much sturation, contrast, if you cloned etc. etc..

is this already exist? if not, i hope a software developer will develope this kind of software soon..
