Advice for amatuer

Hey guys i am new to the forums, so ill give a bit of info on myself.
I currently own a Sony Alpha a350 with a 18-45mm and 55-200mm lenses. I have had it for about a year and i have decided that digital photography is a bit of a passion. I am looking to possibly upgrade at some point soon but really not sure as to what.
I though id post some of my better photos and any comments/advice would be extremely welcome. I am mostly into landscape/nature photography as it is a big part of my job (i work on the ocean)
