    Here is a simple image taken with the Alien Bee ringlight. I bought it pre-production and it took a little getting use to. I really like this unit, it has replaced my typical 3 light set up. I know the image is corny, but I had to shoot something.

    May I suggest that you try the ringlight at 1/4 to 1/8th of a second and see what happens..Leave the pilot on.

    What's going to happen? I won't be using it again for a week or so. Problem at that speed?
