Ah, it's the fabled Buttered Cat Array!

Not really a cat-friendly energy source.

Even stuff that appears to be perpetual motion, pendulums, that little bird that drinks the water, all require a person to impart energy to start it in motion.

Incorrect.

When a meteor hits the earth
causing a cat to run and hit it's owners (or it's pet) gigantic domino collection and starting it to fall
which then knocks over a ball that rolls
to a wheel that lifts it up
and then rolls down to flip open a gate
which let's a mouse out
which runs to the cheese
which flips a weight up to let some water downstream
to cause a fish to swim up water
to jump in a boat
which causes someone to fall out of the boat
which causes a small wave
which hits a wave generator
which turns on a light bulb
which scares another cat
who pushes up against a pendulum
and start's it's perpetual motion
and thus, does not require a person !!
