i'm a couple days away from signing a contract with a real estate-ish firm.
they're looking for some panoramic views from penthouse suites here in ottawa. i want to know what i should charge for this. it's probably going to turn into a 18-20 hour day to get all of the shots they're asking for, and if i'm to stitch the pano's myself, i'd want more money.

also, i have a few shots they would like to by the rights to. individually, what would an urban shot bring in?

We need info like your experience and business plan. Also need the clients usage and budget.

One formula is your hourly rate x 18-20. Post processing generally gets a lower rate per hour. I would say between 1,500 and 5,000 dollars. Sale of an existing photo could be between 10 and 20,000 dollars.

At any rate avoid the 18-20 hour day. Creativity goes south after 14 hours. Plan on 2 10's or a 12 and 8 hour day.
