Is that a face behind the one window? If so, was it there originally? Looks way large! What is it we're looking at? Why the heavy fencing? The lighting and blue stones make the building as such look good. That low floodlight helps bring out the texture. Puzzling photo :scratch: ... !

Looks like a prison yard to me. Thus the fencing and razor wire.

The change was set for a while now...though they messed up the surgery and now i look 85..oh well!!
