basic help c&c and embedding images.

Sorry, I've tried for over an hour and I've read the instructions, and somehow, I can't figure out how to embed a picture. I'm pretty disgusted about that, since I do work in IT and have done this plenty of times. Any help would be appreciated. I have a link to one of my sets on flikr I was hoping to get some C&C on. Very beginner and have no idea yet.
