Beginner here from Michigan

Hi all, I'd consider myself a noob for sure in the advanced world of photography. Decided to take it to a more serious level in terms of actually trying interchangeable lens cameras. Before this week, I've been using a Panasonic FZ28 w/ Leica point and shoot. Great camera in terms of quality in a point and shoot.

Anyways, I am a big fan of Panasonic. I have always felt they were a bit underrated in the camera arena. I ended up purchasing the Lumix G2 Micro 4/3rds camera. I'm totally new to this whole switching lens thing as well as manual type of modes, so I'm looking forward to reading a lot up on here on this site to better my skills.
