    These guys have been raiding the berry / fruit trees around here lately.
    Pretty bird up close though.

    These are beautiful. I was going to comment cause no one else had yet, but I don't think there's much I can say.The only thing is in the last photo, it looks like the bird's foot might be slightly cut off.

    My favorite is #3. But they all have great color and really convey the beauty of the bird. I don't really think birds are all that special, but this photo even makes me want to know what type of bird they are and stuff. :)

    BTW, the little red tips on the ends of the wings is a great contrast, IMO. I know its really not up to you how the bird looks, but I thought I'd tell you anyway.

    A wonderful series of shots there - well done with getting the eyes in detail, so often its easy tolose the black eye in the black feathers.
    Wonderful colours too! Thanks for shareing

    Oh thank you....I have a couple of these roaming around locally and I never knew what they where and have not been able to get a good shot of one to ask.
