Can i have C&C on these please? I personally like what ive done in lightroom with the pigeon and the blackbird is a cheecky shot

#1 motion blur on the head, color seems off a bit.

#2 good focus on the eye, crop more to get close on the subject.

#1 - composition. You have a lot of extra space above the birds head and then cut off it's tail.
