can u upgrade from cs academic to cs2 regular?

I have photoshop cs academic version, (non profit ) and want to upgrade to regular cs2...is there a way to do this without buying original whole version of cs2? I am running pc windows xp....

Help!

I could be wrong but I do not believe you can. Try giving Adobe a call and see what they say, I've found them to be most helpful on the phone in the past.

I looked into it and yes, you can upgrade but I got three different answers on pricing, so you may want to call Adobe and see.

Cool, when I asked them on an early version a few years ago they said no.

Well I wouldn't think you could... and I know you couldn't a few years ago... but the big question is how much? If it's the same price as regular CS2 they're not really doing anything for you.
