Changing photos

Im new on this forum so not sure if this is the right place to put this or iif anyone can help and will even know what im taking about but i will try i have seen people photos where they people have changed an ordinary photos of a child into like a fariy and lots of other things with all different backgrounds just wondered if anyone knew and how to do this and which software would be needed.

Hi Emma24, Most people use Photoshop for all of that although there are others. There is a section further down this site concerning digital photography that you should check out.
