Cheap "studio" work

I just wanted to do a simple shoot. I have a old sunpak400 on camera bouncing off the cealing and a work lamp of to the side. Also I recorded a video(of bad quality(really bad)) to document it, oh yeah C&C welcome!

PS: hope no one minds the video link, I just think it'd be interesting to see how other people shoot.

A work light and a flash are likely going to be different color temps, which would likely give you weird color shifts or something along those lines. Is that possibly why your shots look to have been desaturated?

Yeah I didn't shoot in color b/c I knew the white ballance would be off.
