Few weeks ago while on vacation, I saw this passage, by the wall of the very first church in Americas - Cathedral in Santa-Domingo, Dominican Republic
The 500 years old walls, the darkness of shades, surrounding sunny day looked to me like a very nice exposure, the scene really spoke to me, but later, viewing the pictures, it just fails to express what I wanted and what I saw there, IMHO, picture is rather boring. I feel that by changing the framing and the composition, may be changing the spot, I would do better
So the question, in terms of composition, what could be done different to improve the picture?
