I shoot with both flash and continuous lights. Since mirrorless has home along I am moving more and more to continuous. In fact some of them can flash. the people who say you can t shoot with continuous are wrong. Sure you can not stop action or shoot in full sun but inside continuous is a winner. You need the right tool for the job. I was all flash until 2 years ago and I am 50/50 now.
