I see this program announced for $161 which is quite resonably priced as compared to its big bro CS4 $600+. Will this version do everything I need it to do as the old CS3 did. I've used CS3 on friends' machines but never really had the cash for the full version back then. Does this version have everything I'll need for RAW editing, and files descripion software like Bridge?

    Thanks,

    Grav.

Are you sure that's not just an upgrade?

    ...Price seems way low.

CS3 is no longer offered by Adobe and the Extended version of CS3 was much closer to $1000 as is CS4 Extended.

The license for a copy of CS3 would have to be transfered through Adobe so it would actually work for the new user. Each copy of the Creative Suite is only valid for use on 2 computers at a time.

There's a lot of bootleg software out there. Buyer beware.

Adobe has an online Education Store and if you qualify you can get CS4 Extended for $199 a few bucks for shipping.
