CS4 Camera Raw Problem

Alright well I just got CS4 on my laptop (runs windows 7) and I'm seeming to have a problem with camera raw. The window for camera raw is taller than my computers screen. My computer's resolution is at the highest it can go (1366x768) and the camera raw window is as small as it can vertically go.

Here is a picture of it:
(Notice how "Open Image" "Cancel" and "Done" are below my toolbar.

Any ideas?
I'm currently downloading Camera Raw 5.6 update (I have 5.0) to see if that will fix it but if it doesn't does anybody have any ideas?

By the way: You don't have a CS4 problem, you have a computer problem.

In a world of high-def you'll find a 768 vertical resolution to become unsupported very quickly. This was still the standard vertical resolution back in the early noughties.
