    That's really interesting. I don't know how hard it will be for a new company / new technology to break into the serious camera market...but if it's a good product at a good price, then the big boys (Canon & Nikon etc) will have to respond, which is good for us all.

    Its definatly one I have my eye on - though be warned
    from their website:
    "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a bad attitude"

    The monstro sensor that it might be using is rumored to have a resolution around 25-30 megapixel, and to be capable of 200 FPS. Throw in some weather sealing and I am sold!

    I heard about Red maybe 2 years ago from a local sport shooter. Their samples both movies and stills are simply fabulous. http://www.red.com/ Rented Jumper because it was film with a Red camera IMO it looked nice but not as good as some of the samples
