Can someone offer up a tutorial on how to create an image like the following link below?

I don't have any tutorials for you, but I am reading a really good book you might be interested in called Skin by Lee Varis. I got it from my library. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

I think that image would be more HDR, or messing in raw and upping the contrast

just use the search function for hdr and a ton of stuff shoud appear.

this stlye reminds me more of a dragona action. (can't remember the exact spelling), but it is done in PS with a lot of PP

Do a search on "photomatix", and another one on "lucisart".

It has an HDR look to it. Probably made from a RAW.

I was wondering the same thing, I found this link! This sharpening method seems much better than unsharp mask!
