Does a polarizer fit any type of camera?

A polarizer is a type of filter, so you wouldn't need a lens mount, but filter threads on the front of the lens you have. Are there any threads out front?

You could always contact Oympus and see what they have to say about the matter.

Yes I see threads inside the round thing where the lens sits. I'll go to the store tomorrow with my camera to pick up one of those and a lens brush.

As it turned out, my camera is not threaded for a filter.

The only option was a filter holder called shoe digi-holder which screws to the bottom of the camera and extends to the front of the lens. It's kinda funny looking but it works. It came with 2 filters, (a filter sunset 2 ref A198, and a filter star 4 Ref A057); and 4 adaptor rings. I can't use these rings for now but I'll keep them for when I upgrade. I also picked up a circular polarizer A164 which looks too dark but when I used it, the pictures were ok.
